‘MALTA IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS’

The Europe Business Assembly held the ‘Malta is Open for Business’ conference in St Julian’s, Malta on the 11th July. With presentations from Maltese investment specialists as well as delegates from as far apart as Hong Kong and Ukraine, looking for investment and partnerships, a lot of ground was covered in a short space of time and many opportunities came to light.

At a time of financial constriction, this was a fascinating meeting, looking at how profit can be made from expansion or diversification. Promoting broad base business models and investments that can help steady companies during more testing times.

The event was completed with a gala dinner and award ceremony, where leading companies were presented with awards from EBA’s prestigious Socrates programme.

All in all, this event will be truly unique taste of Maltese business and cultural life.
