The International Club of Leaders (ICL) is a joint initiative organised by EBA in association with the UK’s largest Chamber, Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Group. The ICL brings together senior figures from a diversity of organisations across Western and Eastern Europe, and Central Asia.
With a firm focus on business development and integration, the ICL offers its members an invaluable forum for debate, the exchange of ideas and the development of commercial projects, propositions and partnerships through a programme of prestigious international meetings and business receptions, alongside a range of exclusive member benefits and services.
Membership to the ICL means:

- Priority services in the framework of the initiative of EBA and Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Group (the initiative for full members of ICL is attached);
